Confidentiality

Child Care Connections shall protect the confidentiality of all records and other materials containing personal identifying information.

For the privacy, protection and safety of child care providers listed with Child Care Connections, their families and children in their care, it is the policy of this organization to refrain from disclosing specific or pertinent information concerning their businesses to the general public. This information includes but is not limited to names of children, business addresses and non-published telephone numbers.  Parents receiving child care referrals from Child Care Connections will be given first names of providers, street names (not house numbers), and zip codes and published telephone numbers only.

Mailing labels may be shared with other service organizations for the purpose of informing providers of necessary information, (i.e., the health department needing to send a mailer to providers regarding contagious diseases), but will not be shared for the purpose of selling or solicitation.
